DuvaSawko’s company principals, CEO Charles Duva, MD FACEP and Vice President & CIO William Sawko, MD FACEP, started the firm in 1997 out of the frustration of so many billing companies not being attentive to their own ED group's need for prompt reimbursement and detailed reporting.

Today, Dr. Duva (who is a long standing member of the ACEP Reimbursement Committee) and Dr. Sawko are still involved in the management of their own ED group, EMPros, which keeps them on the pulse of issues facing ED physician practices. Together, they have developed a comprehensive process that leaves no lost revenue, ensures strict compliance and provides in-depth analysis of every detail of your practice.
